Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
A shipping and handling charge of £5.00 is made on all orders.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. We do not take International orders (outside the UK) at present.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel or amend your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% VAT.
Credit Card Security

Returns Policy
With LiveSolutions you can shop with confidence, in the assurance that you can return any item and you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation for a no-quibble money-back guarantee. Every product sold by LiveSolutions is backed by this guarantee. If you the customer are in receipt of an unwanted order, a 7 working day cancellation period starts the "day after" the day that the goods are received. Where relevant a deduction can be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods where they have not been returned, as requested, by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty please inform LiveSolutions immediately, LiveSolutions will refund the full purchase price including p & p.
We recommend you get the free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.
