Search Engine Optimization is the most important part of Online Marketing.
A higher search ranking means more people will find your website. You have spent time, effort and money on developing your web site and now you need it to work for you and to bring you financial returns.

Search engine optimization is the act of making your website content more search engine friendly to make it rank higher. Our company specializes in the optimization of websites in competitive markets. We will research your keywords and optimize your site based on the most searched keywords in your industry and drive relevant traffic to your site via the major search engines and directories.

The procedure of website optimization ensures that your website has all of the necessary ranking criteria to appeal to the individual search engines needs.

There are the criterias we use to help promote your site:

1. Keyword research: To identify which keywords or keyword phrases your site should target. Finding a list of keywords which relate to your website is no simple task. Often, experts struggle on determining what are the best keywords which users actually search for. Using special tools determines what are the most popular keywords which visitors are searching for which relates to the content of your site.

2. Contents 200 word minimum per page: Reasonable amount of words on a pagewill help search engines work out what the site/page is actually about. It's also good to avoid pages with very little content in terms of usability. A page with a little amount of information will move site visitors away, they will undoubtedly need to click elsewhere to find more detailed information.

3. Page title: If the title adequately describes the content of that page then search engines will be able to more accurately guess what that page is about. The page title is the first thing that loads up, often quite a few seconds before the content, so a descriptive, keyword-rich page title can be a real aid to help users orientate themselves.

4. 100kb maximum HMTL size: Anything more than this and the page will simply be too big for search engines.

5. CSS used for layout: Search prefer CSS-based sites and are likely to score them higher in the search rankings. CSS code is cleaner and more accessible to search engines; important content can be placed at the top of the HTML document and there is a greater density of content compared to coding. Using CSS for layout is also highly advantageous for usability, as it leads to significantly faster download times.

6. Headings and sub-headings: Search engines assume that the text contained in heading tags is more important than the rest of the document text. Headings are also incredibly useful for site visitors, as they greatly aid scanning. But be aware that the more text you have contained in heading tags within the page, the less importance search engines assign to them.

7. Opening paragraph: As it describes the content of the rest of the page or the site, it is important to include keywords and keywords phrases in the opening paragraph.

8. Frames: Many search engines cannot index frames. Unless frames are essential to your site design, it is recommended to avoid them. If you have to use frames, then create 'doorway' pages– these pages will point to your framed site. Another problem is that even if a search engines index your pages and web users find you through a search engine, they'll be taken to one of the pages within the frame with no navigation. Frames are also disadvantageous for usability as they can cause problems with the back button, printing, history and bookmarking.

9. Descriptive link text: Search engines place a lot of importance on link text assuming that link text will be descriptive of its destination.

10.External Links: One of the ways search engines work out what your website is about is by analysing its internal and external links. Providing external links to related sites actually helps the search engines analyse your site and therefore help your search ranking. The Internet is designed for users to move through it from one website to the next. By offering a range of useful links one may also come across as an industry expert and someone who really knows their stuff.

11. Internal Links: In addition to looking at page content, search engines also look at the number of links pointing in to web pages. The more internal links a website has, the higher in the search rankings it will appear. By providing unique and regularly updated content on your website, webmasters will want to link to you. You will also be adding value to your site visitors.

12. META Tags: The primary source that search engines read when indexing your website. META Tags are seen as the most important tags that search engines use to categorize, prioritize and rank your website. Meta tags provide a very precise fashion for website owners to categorize their site by the most appropriate keywords and descriptions.
